3 Easy To Prepare Recipes Pork Chop Dinner

As a busy mother and grandmother, I have little time to devote to cook my dinner ready every night. What I like about these pork chops are three recipes that are easy to prepare with ingredients you probably have on hand.

All of these recipes takes less than 60 minutes of preparation time to serve. You can make the recipe for days before and refrigerate it for the next day. Just heat in microwave for 4-5 minutes, and dinner on the table lightning.

Spicy pork chops

6 pork chops
1 can condensed tomato soup, Italian style

1 tablespoon of tap water

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 / 2 teaspoon hot sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large baking dish, place the meat. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. While meat is cooking, mix the following ingredients in a small bowl: tomato soup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and pepper sauce. Scoop the mixture over the meat. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until.

Pork chops with mushrooms

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

6 pork chops

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Water 1 / 4 cup

salt and pepper to taste

small amount of vegetable oil

In a skillet over medium heat, in hot vegetable oil, cook half the pork chops for 10 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside. Repeat the meat rest. In the same pan, combine the mushroom soup and water. Bring to a boil and return chops to skillet. Cover pan and reduce heat to low, simmer 15-20 minutes or until the meat is ready.

Pork Chops Stroganoff

1 / 3 cup flour

Teaspoon salt 1 / 2 experienced

6 pork chops

1 / 2 teaspoon paprika

1 envelope brown gravy mix

1 small onion, sliced

4 oz can mushrooms, drained

1 / 2 cup sour cream

In a small bowl, combine flour, seasoned salt and paprika. Use this mixture to coat the meat. Brown the meat in a lightly greased skillet and drain. Combine gravy mix and water, as instructed on the packet of sauce. Pour over meat and stir the chopped onions. Cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove chops to serving platter. Add mushrooms and sour cream to sauce mixture and heat over low heat for 3 minutes. When the mixture is heated, pour over pork chops.
